In the last few years, the price of Full Color printing has dropped substantially. You might be amazed at how affordable it has become for everyday printing needs.
Using the common business card example, these days you can get 1,000 business cards printed in Full Color on heavy 16pt card stock for around $69. And we're not talking about color copies here- these are printed on high-quality offset presses.
Just a few years ago this price would have been impossible to achieve. But thanks to the popularity of online ordering, printing plants today are able to pool multiple orders and print them all at the same time. By grouping orders and producing them in one large press run instead of multiple smaller runs, the cost per item is greatly reduced.
Again using the business card example, a Full Color card can now be produced cheaper than a one color card. But the amazing pricing that can be achieved by running like items together is not limited to business cards. Most everyday printing needs such as letterhead, envelopes, postcards, pocket folders, flyers, brochures, door hangers, magnets, etc. are also less expensive these days.
The next time you are in the market for printing, you might want to look at improving the image of your printed pieces by using four color process (Full Color). Color gets noticed-Color impresses-and Color sells! And since Color is so affordable these days, you can't afford NOT to be printing in Full Color.
I encourage you to check it out!
Take care! Rick
